CARE: Please treat your garments with care. Please hand wash or gentle cycle cold wash with like colors. Do not spot treat. No bleach. Hang to dry. Warm Iron. Dry Clean when noted on the care tag.
SIZING: Please note that our garments are not made to your exact measurements, but in US alpha sizes. Please see our size chart to view our sizes. Please take time to measure yourself and compare to the chart. It is the customerβs responsibility to take measurements correctly and choose their size accordingly to the size chart provided. If you are in between sizes, we suggest going up a size rather than down a size unless noted in the style description.
FABRIC: Please understand that Cotton is a natural fiber and might have slight imperfections. Please note that these are natural occurrences and not blemishes and will not be returnable for this reason. We take great care in selecting the best pieces of fabric when creating your garment, so rest assured you have the best possible available.
RETURNS: Most of our garments are made-to-order or made in very small batches. At this time, we offer exchanges or returns for store-credit only. Please request a return for store credit within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days of receipt, all sales are final. Please send us an email to aloha@delarosahawaii.com if you would like a return/exchange or are unhappy with your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We ship internationally but it is the customerβs responsibility to pay duties/customs/taxes upon arrival to your country. Please be sure to check these regulations with your local customs office before placing your order to budget for these costs. We are not responsible for additional costs associated with customs and will not be refunded due to lack of information from the customer.
SHIPPING: We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed shipments.
