CARE: Please note that all of our fabrics are Silks or very fine quality fabric and must be taken care of with excellent care. Snagging, stretching, and stains can occur easily if not handled with care. All pieces must be dry cleaned only.

SIZING: Please note that our garments are not made to your exact measurements, but made-to-order in US numeric sizes. Please see our size chart to view our sizes and for a measurement guide. It is the customer’s responsibility to take measurements correctly and choose their size accordingly to the size chart provided. If you are in between sizes, we suggest going up a size rather than down a size.

FABRIC: Please understand that Silk is a natural fiber and might have slight imperfections. Please note that these are natural occurrences and not blemishes and will not be returnable for this reason. We take great care in selecting the best pieces of fabric when creating your garment, so rest assured you have the best possible available.

RETURNS: As all our garments are made-to-order, we currently do not accept returns. If you are unhappy with your order, please email orders@delarosahawaii.com

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We ship internationally but it is the customer’s responsibility to pay duties/customs/taxes upon arrival to your country. Please be sure to check these regulations with your local customs office before placing your order to budget for these costs.
